Charlie Rudd
CEO

Charlie Rudd is the visionary of SolutionsIQ, mapping out the company direction and aligning our core capabilities with Agile practices. He joined SolutionsIQ in 2002.

Prior to joining SolutionsIQ, Charlie worked for seven years at Microsoft, where he led the technical teams responsible for business applications across all company divisions. With more than 20 years in the industry, he has extensive experience in business application development, program management, process improvement, and workforce development.

John S. Rudd
CFO

John Rudd was formerly a partner in a financial consulting and investment banking firm where he led the firm’s financial practice including advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, and interim management. He has filled multiple interim executive roles including CEO, president, CFO, and chief restructuring officer. Earlier in his career, Rudd was CFO of a West Coast oil company and a commodity lender for ING. John received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from the University of Southern California.

Julia Francis
Director of Sales and Operations, Professional Services

A key customer advocate, Julia Francis ensures we provide topnotch account management by delivering the full spectrum of SolutionsIQ services consistently across accounts. She leads our Customer Satisfaction and Partner programs, and continually strives to enhance our customer focus via expanded service offerings and measurable business value. As head of business operations for our Professional Services division, Julia manages the effectiveness and efficiencies of our operational systems, processes and policies in support of our corporate goals. A skillful collaborator, she is an expert at removing operational impediments to foster empowerment.

Julia joined SolutionsIQ in 2002 to support and broaden the organization’s capabilities in business solution strategies. Her experience includes 17 years of sales and business management of technology software and solutions developed for a variety of vertical markets including government, education, finance, software development, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Bryan Stallings
Director and Principal Consultant, Professional Services

Bryan Stallings leads the efforts of the Professional Services Consulting team to maximize the benefits that agile methods present to SolutionsIQ’s software development and agile consulting clients. He is an experienced leader of Agile adoption initiatives, both as a consultant and as an internal change advocate. Before joining SolutionsIQ, Bryan defined and led the enterprise agile adoption programs at two previous companies where he was employed. A Certified Scrum Trainer, Bryan regularly leads Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner training courses.

Bryan is known for his skill at facilitating collaboration with senior leaders and within empowered project teams—across organization, geographies, and cultures—to foster productive relationships and achieve critical business results. During his 15 years of international and domestic experience in information technology, financial services, and manufacturing, Bryan has worked with the full spectrum of companies from large multinationals to small growth firms. A graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, Bryan has an MBA in International Business. He also holds a Six Sigma certification and is fluent in Spanish.

David Wylie
Director of Agile Development Services

David Wylie oversees the delivery efforts of SolutionsIQ’s Agile software development teams. Using Agile management, he collaborates with customers on prioritization, successful delivery, and ongoing enhancements to software and application systems. The results are frequent delivery of high-quality software, incrementally increasing business value while reducing risk and time to market.

An experienced leader, David has worked as a software developer, tester, analyst, project manager, and consultant during his 27-year career. He has also been a principal at two technology project management consulting firms. During the last 19 years, he has advised a wide variety of industries – including telecommunications, insurance, and healthcare – on effective implementations of technology. David has a BS in Forestry and an MBA.

Vibhu Srinivasan
Managing Director, SolutionsIQ India

As Managing Director of SolutionsIQ India, Vibhu Srinivasan is responsible for our business operations and delivery teams based in Bangalore. With over a decade of experience in Agile practices, he has a deep understanding of software delivery excellence, Agile coaching and consulting, and building large-scale systems and high-performance sustainable organizations.

As an Agile coach and member of the SolutionsIQ Agile Consulting team, Vibhu has successfully led many agile transitions. Before his recent return to India, Vibhu lived in the U.S. for 13 years. He has an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and an Electrical Engineering degree from Karnatak University, India.
