Bryan Stallings leads the efforts of our consulting team to maximize the benefits that Agile methods present to SolutionsIQ’s software development and Agile consulting clients. He is an experienced leader of Agile adoption initiatives, both as a consultant and as an internal change advocate. Prior to joining SolutionsIQ, Bryan defined and led the enterprise Agile adoption programs at two previous companies. A Certified Scrum Trainer, Bryan regularly leads Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner training courses.

Bryan is known for his skill at facilitating collaboration with senior leaders and within empowered project teams — across organizations, geographies, and cultures — to foster productive relationships and achieve critical business results. In addition to 15 years of international and domestic experience in information technology, financial services and manufacturing, Bryan has an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business. He holds a Six Sigma certification and is also fluent in Spanish.

Dhaval has consulted with organizations ranging from mid-sized product companies to the Fortune 100, including 30 Scrum project teams during enterprise-level rollouts. With a background including software development, business and functional analysis, lean office implementations, organizational change, system architecture, business intelligence, and Agile project management, he has successfully leveraged his skills to deliver dozens of Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner training courses.

With a B.S. in Engineering from Mumbai University, India, Dhaval is one of our three bi-lingual instructors. Working internationally and in the U.S., he has effectively coached people-centric, high-performances teams, while writing about software development and coaching on his blog.

Vibhu is an expert technologist with over 14 years of experience in Agile practices. As an Agile coach and Certified Scrum Practitioner, he works with customers organizations of all sizes to enhance Agility and Scrum Project Management. An expert in team development and scaling agile, Vibhu most recently established and led a team of sixty developers, mentoring and coaching throughout the entire engagement.

As a senior technologist, he has performed as a Chief Architect, Business Analyst, Technical Lead and Developer across multiple industries. His extensive technical background covers Virtualization in the cloud, Semantic web, Online gaming .NET stack, J2EE stack, Web 2.0, Enterprise Application Integration and various Software Development Methodologies. He’s also dabbled in the rails stack and loves test driven development.

His favorite engagements involve helping teams and management work happily together to deliver real customer value. Michael is a frequent speaker at national and local Agile community events, serves on the board of Agile Open Northwest, co-hosted "The Agile Coach" podcast (available on iTunes), from time to time writes on Agile and team topics at FeelingAgile.com, and was a founder of BeyondAgile, a Seattle-area user group for people making software that works.

Halim has more than 35 years of experience in organizational and project leadership, creative problem-solving, and product and systems development in commercial software, consulting, corporate IT, education, and community organizations. He has held a wide variety of leadership and technical positions at companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte and Touche, and Bank of America. During his tenure at SolutionsIQ, his roles have included Director of Delivery Excellence, Coaching Office Product Owner, Agile Consultant, and ScrumMaster on multiple engagements in the telecommunications, financial services, resource extraction, and manufacturing sectors. He has helped shape large Agile adoption programs, and has used Scrum and Kanban with clients and as a member of the management team leading our Professional Services division.

Halim has been a webinar presenter in Agile methods and a conference presenter at Agile2010 and Agile Open Northwest. Prior to joining our team, he was the Director of Operations and a founding Core Faculty member at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, where he taught systems thinking to MBA students. Halim received his M.A. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook Graduate School.

Daniel has extensive experience teaching, coaching, and consulting for organizations of many sizes. He specializes in Agile adoption and transformation from an enterprise perspective; that is, focusing on not just the practices (what and how) but the underlying culture and attitudes (why) which contribute to an organization's growth and maturity.

Daniel is the President of the Wilmington Chapter of the Agile Leadership Network and a frequent volunteer and speaker for the Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance. He was the Conference Chair for the 2013 Scrum Gathering in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development.

Monica is an Agile coach and ScrumMaster, focused on mentoring, building and leading successful Agile teams for outsourced projects.  With over 18 years of development and 8 years of leading agile teams experience, she helps customer produce quality products through continuous refactoring, unit testing, pair programming, small releases, and an evolving architecture.

Monica has worked with distributed Agile teams over the past 4 years in the US, UK and Singapore.  While doing so, she and her teams have demonstrated tremendous successes; 90% of all iterations are delivered on time, typically exceeding customer expectations.

Since discovering Extreme Programming in 2002, it has become Ron Quartel’s passion to replicate the business success and personal transformation that he saw agile methods bring to the projects and people he has been involved with in the decade since. His experience covers the software development spectrum of developer, development manager, ScrumMaster, coach, and teacher. Ron’s expertise in the agile practices, and in Test Driven Development in particular, comes from years of practice and is one of his strongest areas of knowledge and passion. From observing and working with high performance teams, he has “distilled out” the commonalities and has strategies to share in regard to recreating this environment, including recruitment strategies.

After studying Computer Science at the University of Western Sydney in Australia, Ron went on to work in Europe and the USA. He is particularly interested is the mobile industry, in which he has 10 years of experience.

William Rowden is a ScrumMaster, Agile coach, and trainer, with expertise in enterprise Agile adoption. He has assisted clients in the U.S., Mexico, and China with learning the technical and engineering practices vital to Agile software development. A skilled communicator and collaborator, he has worked with up to 100 managers, testers, and developers in transition at one time. In addition to teaching technical practices, William co- trains Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner courses.

William brings 7 years of experience to his executive coaching — as co-founder/CTO of an Agile software company, Gray Hill Solutions, he developed traffic.511.org, an Advance Traffic Management System, and a transit route analyzer. His love of languages enhances his development coaching — he can write in over 20 computer languages (most recently Perl, C# 3.5, and Java) and two natural languages (English and Spanish), and is currently studying Mandarin.
