Scrum is an innovative approach to getting work done. The leading and fastest-growing of the Agile practices, Scrum is a framework for effective team collaboration on complex projects. Its holistic approach provides a small set of rules which create just enough structure for cross-functional teams to focus their efforts on solving what might otherwise be insurmountable challenges. Scrum was originally formalized for software development projects, but works well for any complex, innovative scope of work.
No matter what your background or industry is, SolutionsIQ Certified ScrumMaster training is a great way to get a strong start in Scrum. Even experienced Agile practitioners will benefit from the highly experiential simulations and “big picture” perspective provided by SolutionsIQ Scrum trainers, who are thought leaders in the Agile community and certified by the Scrum Alliance.
