Typical

Typical EVM metrics are used for releases that have low variability in results from iteration to iteration.

BCSP

The planned (budgeted) cost per Story Point

ACSP

The Actual Cost per Story Point

ETC

Estimate To Complete – The forecast amount remaining to complete the release.

EAC

Estimate At Complete – This is the forecast of total spend for the release as of iteration (n)

APC

Actual Percent Complete.

PRSP

Planned Release Story Points for the release

ARSP

Actual Release Story Points that have been completed by iteration (n)

APC

Actual Percent Complete of Release. 

%PC

% Planned Complete (Expected Percent Complete)

BAC

Budget At Complete.  The amount budgeted to be spent on the release.

IL

Iteration Length. The number of calendar days for each iteration

PL

Planned Iterations.  Total number of sprints planned for the release

SD

The start date for the release.

Story Points

Used as a measure of relative size of Product Backlog items, in AgileEVM they are a relative measure of work

PRSP

Planned Release Story Points - Total story points planned for the release at that point in time.

SPC

Story Points Completed - The points of work completed from the Release Backlog during the Sprint

SPA

Story Points Added - The points added (or subtracted) to the Release Backlog during the Sprint

AC

Actual Cost - What was spent to  complete the work
