These policies apply to all SolutionsIQ training events.

Public Training Policy

SolutionsIQ reserves the right to make changes in course schedules, dates, locations, and accommodations and will make every effort to notify students within a reasonable period of time. However, SolutionsIQ is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connection with changes to a course.

SolutionsIQ Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that SolutionsIQ should cancel a course, SolutionsIQ will work with the registrant to reschedule them to another equivalent course at another time. The registrant is also entitled to a full refund of the course fee, should this occur.

Registrant Cancellation Policy

Attendee substitutions are permitted. Registrants who fail to attend are subject to payment of the full registration fee if they have not obtained a cancellation approval at least ten (10) business days prior to the event start date. If registrants wish to reschedule a registration within ten (10) business days of the start date of the class, they will be subject to a $150 course change fee. Registration cancellations, transfers, and refunds requested more than ten (10) business days prior to the event start date are permitted with no associated fees.
