The Agile Program Management course is designed to increase your ability to scale Agile practices to deliver large-scale enterprise initiatives with maximum value to customers, product owners, and stakeholders. You will learn how to build effective Agile programs that leverage your successful Agile practices, enabling you to take on even more complex development challenges. The course will also teach you how to better plan and manage to ensure multiple teams working on various initiatives are coordinating to meet overall enterprise objectives.
Audience
Anybody in the organization that is looking to scale and manage Scrum practices into multiple teams and/or products and looking to roll out Agile across the enterprise. This could include product managers, product owners, project managers, program managers, Agile coaches, and enterprise transition teams.
Prerequisites
We suggest a minimum of six months experience leading Agile software projects, or completion of Certified ScrumMaster training. It is expected that you understand and have applied the Agile principles and the roles, artifacts and meetings of the Scrum framework. This course will focus on advanced tools and techniques not traditionally covered in basic Scrum courses.
