Candidates must be experienced consultants, project managers, or business analysts who have a demonstrated interest and familiarity with Agile and/or Lean practices, and have the ability to travel domestically up to 70%.
Responsibilities
Associate Agile Consultants work as members of our engagement teams to support our Agile consulting practice. They help clients with Agile transformations and improvements. Ideal candidates are high-energy people who share our passion for Agile methodologies and are excellent listeners. They must possess outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolutions skills, and the ability to work in collaborative environments.
- Assist with client assessments (including conducting client interviews)
- Public and private training support
- Prepare engagement presentations and artifacts
- Work with client teams on-site
- Perform analysis and metrics tracking
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest and basic familiarity with Agile and/or lean principles and practices
- Minimum 5 years as a consultant, business analyst, or project manager
- Ability to travel domestically up to 70%
- Bachelors degree
Desired Experience
- History of working on one or more Agile teams
- Project and program management
- Formal business case development expertise
- Master’s degree in Business Administration
