Today we use Agile in running the entire company — we practice what we preach! We help our clients to successfully adopt practices like Agile engineering practices (XP), Scrum, Lean, and Kanban. We provide management consulting services, including organizational change management, program planning and management, and portfolio management. We also use Agile to build and deliver software for our customers. These software development projects are a laboratory for our Agile consultancy. Agile XP Developers

Are you interested in a position as a Java or .NET Developer working in an Agile/Scrum environment? Java, .NET, and Ruby developers work on teams that develop applications for our major U.S. clients. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, interest in technical practices, and will have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn development Extreme Programming (XP) practices.

Agile Coaches: Software Engineering (XP practices)

Is your coaching preference to work with individuals and teams on improving technical practices? Ideal candidates are experienced Agile developers with the experience to introduce pair programming, test driven development, continuous integration and other technical practices by working side-by-side with developers. Typical consulting engagements include assisting as a developer on a client team, mentoring teams on the basics of Agile, and going “hands-on” to pair with teams learning XP practices. Often you’ll work with a team for a number of days, while other times you’ll immerse yourself at a customer for a longer duration.
