Agile XP Developers
Are you interested in a position as a Java or .NET Developer working in an Agile/Scrum environment? Java, .NET, and Ruby developers work on teams that develop applications for our major U.S. clients. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, interest in technical practices, and will have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn development Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
Agile Coaches: Software Engineering (XP practices)
Is your coaching preference to work with individuals and teams on improving technical practices? Ideal candidates are experienced Agile developers with the experience to introduce pair programming, test driven development, continuous integration and other technical practices by working side-by-side with developers. Typical consulting engagements include assisting as a developer on a client team, mentoring teams on the basics of Agile, and going “hands-on” to pair with teams learning XP practices. Often you’ll work with a team for a number of days, while other times you’ll immerse yourself at a customer for a longer duration.
Agile Coaches: Software Process (Scrum, Lean)
Do you prefer to work with individuals and teams on their process, improving their effectiveness and success? Ideal candidates are expert practitioners of Scrum and Lean who are about passionate about building successful, collaborative teams through facilitation, coaching, and mentoring. Typical consulting engagements could involve your fulfilling the role of ScrumMaster for a novice team, advising a busy Product Owner, or mentoring a team on practices that will take them to the next level. Often you’ll work with a team for a number of days, while other times you’ll immerse yourself at one of our major U.S. clients for a longer duration.
Associate Agile Consultants
Are you interested in working as a member of an engagement team, helping clients with Agile transformations and improvements? Associate Agile Consultants work as members of our engagement teams to support our Agile consulting practice and work with our major clients across the U.S. Ideal candidates are high-energy people who share our passion for Agile methodologies. Typical consulting engagements involve working collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a complex, changing environment to help clients achieve their goals.
Managing Consultants
Do you enjoy collaborating with clients to define and implement solutions related to corporate strategy, organizational change, and project and portfolio performance based on an understanding of their challenges and business needs? We're looking for Managing Consultants to lead organizational change and business transformation initiatives for our major clients across the U.S. Ideal candidates have experience in conducting organization-wide Agile adoption, a history of working on one or more Agile teams, project and program management experience, formal business case development expertise, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
ScrumMasters
Are you passionate about helping software development teams collaborate and deliver? We're looking for ScrumMasters to work with our major clients across the U.S. This role serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, and communicates with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists on product issues. The ideal candidate is experienced with both Scrum and traditional project management practices.
