User stories are a best-practice common approach used by Agile teams to express product requirements. During this hands-on workshop, you and your team will learn how to:
- Write effective user stories
- Avoid common pitfalls in writing user stories
- Associate acceptance criteria with each user story
- Estimate the size of your user story
- Perform Agile planning
Through group exercises, your team will practice writing user stories for a model project and then apply that experience by writing user stories and the correlating acceptance criteria for your project.
Each workshop is led by an Agile Coach who is a practitioner with many years of hands-on Agile requirements experience. You'll hear stories from the trenches and come away prepared to apply these practices on your projects.
