Course Description

Leading/Coaching Agile Organizations is a master hands-on workshop where you will become aware of, explore and discuss the organizational culture, systems and leadership required to build and grow agility within an organizational context. It is designed for both internal leaders and external coaches who are seeking to make a greater impact and sustain agility at an organizational level. It focuses on three critical components of organizational agility - organizational culture, organizational systems, and leadership agility. It is based on years of applying both successful and failed patterns of agility within both IT and product development organizations.

We are seeking those who realize:

• Your organization’s agility has hit a plateau or failed to ‘stick’ and you’d like to know why
• Your team’s agility is effective at a technical level, but it’s failed to reach full potential
• Your organization’s agility is stuck in pockets but hasn’t effectively caught fire throughout

This workshop focuses on the coach’s role in engaging the leadership, the system, and the cultural layers of an organization to affect and sustain real change.
