Collaboration is considered a fundamental part of “being Agile” but how can you help your team understand HOW to collaborate? To tackle this question, Paul Goddard mashes up his loves: Agile and improv. “A lot of the principles that these actors live by are the same principles that a good Agile team member should live by as well,” says Paul. Improv is not really about being funny, or panicking when things go wrong. It’s a simple process that groups of actors follow in order to create interesting stories and scenes without the aid of a script. How else would end up with a frog who lives in a kettle?
