Would you trust a guide that told you to go one way while he went another?

We wouldn’t either.

Agile is all about immersing yourself in the experience and learning from it. That’s why our Agile coaches only preach what they practice. Our practitioners, whether trainers or coaches, use Agile to teach Agile. A successful Agile rollout is virtually impossible without expert Agile coaches. Without expert guidance, launching Agile initiatives becomes greatly complicated and difficult. You wouldn’t know when you were implementing Agile artifacts correctly or drawing the right learning objectives from your Retrospectives. In short, it would cost more to maintain a faulty program than to simply seek professional coaching from Agile coaches who know their stuff. Finding good coaches may seem daunting, but we’ve got you covered. Here’s a list of our Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs):

Jan is a Certified Scrum Trainer® and deeply experienced Agile coach who has worked with a wide variety of companies in an equally wide variety of industries including telecommunications, medical, insurance, financial, media, utilities, and smart-grid energy. Jan’s focus is on Scrum Alliance certified training, which is a great fit since teaching is deeply rooted in his DNA. While engaged in all that coding and testing, Jan also pursued (and completed!) his PhD in history. Understanding complex interactions within and between systems is the focus of much of his work. His current area of interest is the social interactions that occur within complex adaptive systems — like Scrum teams — and how to enable true self-organization to achieve innovative solutions to the problems inherent in new product development.
