Roy Maines is a US Navy Vet with over 35 years of experience in information technology, with a concentration on adopting Agile/Lean business practices. Roy has served in a number of project management roles including Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Manager and Information Assurance Officer. He has extensive training in various Project Management methodologies and has extensive hand on experience in both legacy waterfall models and Agile approaches primarily using Scrum.
Roy manages the Charleston Agile User group and serves on the Editorial Board for Agile Record Magazine. Roy also serves on the career advisory board for ECPI and Miller-Motte Technical Colleges.
