Design Thinking is the latest buzzword to define how to research a problem and solutioning around how to solve the problem. For product manager at Scaled Agile, Jennifer Fawcett, design thinking takes a human cognitive experience perspective: what makes consumers happy, sad and how can it impact their day-to-day lives.
Fawcett says that what drives a product manager is constant curiosity – “how we can get better, how we can grow and how we can continuously contribute to this world”.
