What is WSJF – Weighted Shortest Job First?

Our guests Corey Post and Aidee Fisher discuss WSJF (pronounced “whiz-jiff”) or Weighted Shortest Job First – a way to deliver the largest amount of value in the shortest amount of time. Any organization can use WSJF to help prioritize which of a couple competing projects to do. It’s a formula or tool for comparing competing ideas and making decisions on going to the next step, or whether to pivot or persevere on a feature – and this is especially useful when scaling agility across an enterprise.
