Jason Novack represents SolutionsIQ in his native northern region of the U.S. Like his western and southern counterparts, it’s Jason’s responsibility to nurture client relationships and the coaching community within the region. Jason’s priorities focus around the customer lifecycle; he is focused on bringing in new business and ensuring that client becomes a satisfied customer. A natural connector and problem solver, Jason likes to look at his job like a puzzle and strategize the best way to put it all together.
Jason joined SolutionsIQ as a part of the acquisition of Boston-based agile consultancy BigVisible, where he worked as a Managing Director & Principal Consultant for five years. Prior to his time at BV, Jason held multiple roles at Fidelity, where he got his start in a rotational program that recruited top IT talent and did systems development on the equity trading floor. Bit by the agile bug in 2005, he went on to run a startup development organization that was applying agile at scale before there were clear patterns for doing so. Originally from Maine, Jason holds a degree in Business Administration Management with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University. A big car buff, Jason loves working on projects around the house and spending time outside. Many of his weekends are spent coaching youth sports teams for his young son and daughter.
